Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert leads from the internal specialist finance teams.
• Deliver bespoke BTL solutions, from standard purchases to complex portfolio deals.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with developer clients.
• Liaise with lenders to negotiate and secure competitive terms.
• Keep up to date with market trends and lender criteria.

About You:

• Proven experience in BTL mortgage broking (CeMAP or equivalent required).
• Strong understanding of the specialist finance landscape.
• Comfortable handling complex, high-value BTL cases.
• Commercially savvy and confident engaging with property professionals.
• Motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused.
