  • Administer portfolio tooling (e.g. Planview), including project initiation, resourcing, tracking, and closure
  • Plan and coordinate application releases with development teams, including scheduling, UAT, change management, and rollout support
  • Provide early life support activities following releases

About you

  • Experience supporting IT projects that include both application development and operational/support elements
  • Working knowledge of project management practices, with a recognised qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation) or equivalent handson delivery experience
  • Familiarity with common software delivery lifecycles, including Agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and engage confidently with business and senior stakeholders
  • Wellorganised and detailfocused, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines concurrently

Advantageous to Have:

  • Experience working within an IT portfolio, PMO, or central delivery function
  • Exposure to portfolio or project management tools (e.g. Planview, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
  • Previous coordination experience across multiple teams or workstreams
  • Understanding of resource planning, release coordination, or change management processes
  • Experience supporting UAT, release planning, or postrelease activities
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and delivery models
  • Confidence working in fastpaced or changing environments
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problemsolving mindset
