Build to rent and COS Administrator

At KFH we are looking for a Tenancy Progression Administrator to join our Tenancy Progression team in Wimbledon.

What’s the role?

You’ll play a key part in supporting our Build to Rent and Change of Sharer teams by ensuring all tenancy administration is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with legal and company standards. From progressing new tenancies to managing compliance and documentation, your work will help deliver a seamless experience for our clients and tenants.

Key tasks will involve:

• Preparing and sending tenancy paperwork

• Registering deposits and managing compliance documents

• Coordinating safety checks and right to rent processes

• Supporting inbox management and CRM updates

What can you bring to the role?

• Strong administration skills – Being organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks is integral for the success of this role

• Customer-first mindset – working in a client facing or service driven role and understanding the importance of clear, professional communication is important.

• Lettings experience is a bonus! If you’ve worked in residential lettings before, great! If not, we’ll support you with the technical knowledge you need.
