Building Care Taker

We are currently recruiting for a Building care taker to join a well-established organisation within the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.

Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of low-level maintenance and repair tasks to help ensure buildings and facilities remain safe, clean and well maintained.
Duties may include:

Painting and decorating touch-ups
Furniture assembly and minor repairs
Assisting with site upkeep and housekeeping duties
Supporting contractors when requiredWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous maintenance, care taking, facilities or handyperson experience
Practical DIY skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual approach to workWhat you'll get in return
