We are looking for a Building Compliance Lead for our client to join their team and help to deliver exceptional asset management services. You will be engaging with customers to understand and meet their hopes and wishes. The property Compliance team are dedicated to providing top-notch, customer-focused asset management services. Ensuring their homes not only meet but exceed all property health, safety, and compliance standards, safeguarding our customers and enhancing their reputation as a landlord.
Internally, you will lead, coach, and support a team, conduct regular performance reviews, and maintain open communication with the management and executive team. Externally, provide clear, open, and timely information about service appointments and related works to customers. Maintain excellent standards of customer service and ensure compliance with performance standards when liaising with contractors and consultants. Collaborate with Local Authorities, regulators, Fire and Rescue Service, and other Registered Providers.

This role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
