Job Description - Building Control Team Leader

Building Control Team Leader/ 6 month contract/ £90ph/ North West

My Local Authority client are looking for a Building Control Team Leader to come in on an initial 6 month contract with view to extension.

The client require a Class 3 Surveyor to come in for site inspections and plan checking, along with the management of junior surveyors. The plan checking and management side can be done remotely so this is a hybrid position.
