Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site Completing statutory compliance checks and inspections Maintaining fire safety equipment including extinguishers, hydrants and hoses Testing emergency lighting, RCDs and smoke vents Inspecting and maintaining fire doors Completing water temperature testing and flushing in line with risk assessments Supporting maintenance of security systems including CCTV and alarms Recording completed works and remedial tasks using CAFM systems Carrying out general building maintenance tasks as requiredWhat we're looking for: To be successful in this Building Engineer role, you should have:
