Are you a natural host with a knack for making every guest feel like a VIP? Time Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a forward-thinking property management client to find a Guest Experience Host who will elevate two of Manchester's most iconic spaces.

This isn't just a front-of-house role-it's about curating unforgettable experiences, delivering with flair, and becoming the warm, professional face of premium workplace hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greet guests with confidence, warmth and personality

- Manage meeting room bookings and setup, including refreshments and event support

- ? Monitor lounge and room standards, reporting issues and following up

- ?? Act as the primary contact for enquiries and service delivery

- ? Maintain stock levels of kitchen and office supplies

- Report monthly on space usage and performance

- Plan and host events to engage occupiers and guests

- Excellent communication-face-to-face, via phone and email

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Initiative-driven and guest-focused mindset

- Confidence to build internal and external relationships
