Building Manager

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Building Manager

Working for a national property management agency you will be based at their clients residential site in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out site inspections
• Liaising with maintenance contractors
• Point of contact for repair queries or site issues
• Dealing with tenant disputes
• Responsible for on-site maintenance and cleaning team.

Personal Requirements:

• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good business acumen
• Excellent time management
• Block Property management experience is a must

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: Range from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
