This is a fantastic Block Property Management company is looking for someone who can effectively maintain and scrutinize maintenance standards checklists to ensure high quality upkeep of premises and communal areas.

You will be working directly with one of their clients who has one large block of apartments, with an office on site. You will be looking after the operational excellence of the building with an assistant at your side. You'll also be liaising with contractors and reporting and discuss any major works directly to the client.

Salary can be flexible depending on experience + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.

As part of the training scheme, they will fund the start of a block management specific qualification that can lead to a significant pay rise after completion. If you already have this qualification, this will be taken into account in your salary.
