We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused leader to take ownership of a premium residential building in Newcastle - leading the team, driving the customer experience and making sure the entire operation runs brilliantly.

As Residence Manager, you'll be the person setting the tone.

You'll:

Lead, coach and develop a brilliant customer-facing team
Create an exceptional resident experience
Take ownership of the building's day-to-day operation
Drive standards across service, presentation and facilities
Oversee Health & Safety, compliance and maintenance
Manage budgets, performance and operational costs
Create an engaging, sociable environment through events and community
Be visible, approachable and prepared to get stuck inOne minute you could be coaching a team member, the next solving an operational issue, meeting a contractor or chatting with residents.
