Responsibility:

• Use IES-VE for dynamic simulation modelling (Part L, overheating, operational energy assessments)
• Conduct SAP assessments for domestic Part L compliance
• Work with PHPP on Passivhaus design
• Deliver clear, technical energy reports and overheating assessments
• Support sustainability team with reports including:
  • Energy statements
  • Circular economy assessments
  • Whole-life carbon reporting
