Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer required for our client, a specialist in the delivery of Facilities Maintenance across the London and Home Counties patch. Our client is currently seeking a Multi skilled building services engineer to maintain multiple sites around London and Home counties. The Building Services Engineer should have experience in PPM, Reactive and Fabric works and hold a full UK driver's license.

The ideal candidate will be based within the M25. The Building Services Engineer, would ideally have a background / qualifications in either air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical with additional experience carrying out fabric repairs.

The mobile maintenance engineer will ideally also be willing to perform all other general maintenance/PPM tasks (fire alarm tests, water temp checks, E/L & general, minor repairs), as part of the building services team.

Building Services Engineer Position Requirements

• Previous Experience performing PPM & Reactive works in a similar role
• Technical background and qualifications in either air conditioning, plumbing or electrical works.
• Previous experience in all aspects of Building Services including emergency lighting, legionella awareness, fire alarm checks etc.
• Happy covering across London and the Home counties
• Full UK Driver's license

Building Services Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
• Travel paid after 30 mins each way
• 25 days holiday + birthday off + bank holidays (34 total)
