Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: London, W1J

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 plus a zones 1 & 2 Oyster card to use to get to work

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position for a large site in the WIJ area of London

This Engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on older style commercial buildings all based around one small area (all walking distance to each other)

This position will be dealing with all Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance which will include Plumbing, Valves, Replacement taps and toilets, Emergency lighting, Tap temps, AHU maintenance etc

We do require someone who has experience working on older sites. They are all slowly being refurbished, however some need some extra care.

This is classed as a static based position, however, there will be a lot of walking between the buildings

Requirements

• Strong working background as a Commercial Building Services Engineer
• Need to be multi skilled
• Must be able to deal with plumbing works
• Level 2 building services qualification or time served
• Able to commute to W1 area of London
• Must be able to deal with older style buildings
• Willing to travel to multiple building via foot
