Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Bristol and South Wales

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £42,000

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a mobile position covering and the Bristol and South Wales area

Due to winning a new contract, we are looking to grow the team of engineers across the region.

This engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in the Bristol and South Wales area. They will be dealing with the commercial electrical and mechanical compliance for multiple sites in the area

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in Building Services Maintenance background. They will be holding a level 2 building services qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Requirements

• Strong working background in commercial maintenance
• Holding a level 2 building services qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a commutable distance to Bristol and South Wales
• Must be able to join the on callrota
• Flexible working attitude
