Due to continued growth across our London portfolio, we are looking for experienced Building Services Engineers to join our team supporting prestigious commercial buildings and flagship client contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking to work within high-profile commercial environments, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse range of building services systems.

The Role

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

* Diagnosing and repairing faults on electrical and mechanical building services systems

* Working on plant including HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, generators, UPS systems and LV infrastructure

* Supporting subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

* Managing permits to work, risk assessments and safe systems of work

* Updating maintenance records through CAFM systems

* Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements

About You

We're keen to hear from engineers who have experience within commercial building maintenance, facilities management, or critical environments.

Essential:

* City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

* Experience working within commercial building services

* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience

* Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance procedures

* Understanding of health & safety legislation and permit-to-work systems

Desirable:

* 18th Edition

* HVAC / Air Conditioning experience

* Experience within FM providers such as BGIS, CBRE, JLL, ISS, Mitie, EMCOR, Sodexo, Pareto FM, Smart Managed Solutions, Vinci Facilities, Engie or similar
