Are you a Building Services Engineer, either from an on-the-tools or design background, looking for training to become a Pre-Con Manager in a role that grants a high amount of autonomy, responsibility and continued career development?

Do you want a role where you'll learn directly from senior members of the team and be pushed to develop your technical skills quickly, enabling quick progression to management?

In this role you will be working on the Pre-Construction stages of contracts for a specialist consultancy who are experts in the design and build of Data Centres. Working below a senior project leader, you'll be taught a broad range of skills from technical specification, electrical and mechanical design and how to effectively coordinate teams across different areas of expertise.

This role would suit Building Services Engineer from either an on-the-tools or design background, looking for in-depth training from senior members to the team to progress their career, becoming a Pre-Construction Manager.

The Role:

• Liaising with key stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Interpreting Engineering drawings and creating specifications for a Mechanical and Electrical Design Teams
• Meeting with clients, contractors and local authorities to ensure works run smoothly
• On the job training from senior members of the Project team
• Direct progression to Pre-Construction Manager

• Building Services Background
• Mechanical or Electrical knowledge
• UK Drivers License
