Are you a Building Services Project Manager from a mechanical background looking to play an instrumental part in the future success of a rapidly growing business working on a range of technically exciting projects?

In this role you will be split between office and site based, handling a range of building services projects from concept to completion. You will be handling sub-contractors, conducting surveys, producing tenders, and ensuring the full delivery of buildings such as hospitals, offices, and hotels.

This specialist contractor handles commercial and industrial environmental control projects from cradle to grave, specialising in HVAC and heat pump solutions. With a current turnover of £10 million they are projecting £16 million by 2030 with this new role playing a crucial part in their plans.

This role would suit somebody from a building services background looking for a progressive role where they are valued and can make their mark in a successful company.

The Role:

• Managing construction projects valuing from 100k to £4 million from cradle to grave
• Working within hospitals, offices, hotels
• Conducting surveys, tendering, handling sub-contractors and the design team
• Split between office and site based, primarily working along the M4 and M5 corridors
• Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, finish 4pm Friday
