Building Surveyor

Our client, an award-winning Property Consultancy, based in Poole, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them to work within their Building Surveying team, focusing on Residential, Commercial Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Office Space & Commercial, Technology, Transport and Leisure. The workstream will be a mix of both professional and project work across the region.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years building surveying experience on a mix of professional and project work in the commercial sector. This position is open to Assistant level candidates through to MRICS qualified individuals.

Building Surveyor Position Overview

• Projects across the residential, commercial and framework sectors
• Project delivery and project management
• Dilapidations
• Schedule of conditions surveys
• Tender reviews
• Party wall work
• Specification writing.

Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar
• Full driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years building surveying experience on a mix of professional and project work in the commercial sector.
• Based in a commuting distance of Poole (or looking to relocate there)
• Must be seeking a long-term role

Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £35k - £55k DOE
• Car allowance
