You’ll work remotely from home, with site visits typically across London and the surrounding areas (within a 2-hour radius). Most projects are within the social housing sector, and your work will have a direct impact on improving living conditions and resolving housing issues for vulnerable tenants.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 building surveys
• Preparing expert witness reports for housing disrepair and landlord disputes
• Party wall assessments and advisory work
• Damp, mould, and condensation investigations
• Handling boundary disputes and leasehold/property-related cases
• Retrofit and EPC assessments (training or accreditation support available)
