An excellent role on offer for a Residential Surveyor looking to work for a specialist building surveying business that specialises in Homebuyer and Building surveys, offering working flexibility, support towards Chartership, other professional development, and a close-knit working environment.

Are you an ambitious Residential/Building Surveyor looking for a new role? Are you looking for a close-knit supportive working environment that will also enable you to have lots of autonomy?

This building surveying business specialises in delivering the highest quality Homebuyer and Building surveys. They operate across the South West from Bath to Plymouth, partnering with a variety of estate agents, their success has been built on their small dedicated team that has enabled them to become a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA). The businesses are currently winning record amounts of work so they are looking to take on two surveyors to cover their respective regions.

The role will be home-based with travel across Devon for the completion of Homebuyer (Level 2) and Building (Level 3) surveys. You will be supported from day one to ensure you settle in well to the business, with fantastic opportunities to receive further training, and even get support with becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working on Homebuyer & Building surveys in the past, be happy to work in a small business with a close-knit team, but also be happy to work autonomously once the initial training period is completed. You will be a good communicator that enjoys maintaining relationships with clients, whilst building relationships with new clients.

The Role:
*Residential/Building Surveyor
*Home-based with travel across Bristol, Bath, Swindon & Gloucester for the completion of Homebuyer (Level 2) and Building (Level 3) surveys
*Maintain excellent relationships with existing and new clients
*Support with professional development, including Chartership

The Person:
*Experience in Homebuyer (Level 2) and Building (Level 3) surveys
*Great communication skills with the ability to present information and reports
*Driving license
*Happy to work Independently
