Job Description - Building Surveyor

8 months contract with local authority

We are seeking building surveyors to join our team for a project scheduled to be completed by March 2026, with the possibility of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 17:00. The work will primarily involve reviewing housing stock in Selby, Harrogate, and Richmondshire. As a building surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and providing expert advice on property condition and maintenance.

Requirements

Fully trained and qualified building surveyors

Experience in building surveying is preferred
