Building Surveyor

A highly respected, independent building consultancy with over 40 years in business are seeking a Building Surveyor to strengthen their team. They are experts in development, built assets and sustainability and have a reputation for integrity and delivering work of the highest quality. Based from their Guildford office, this is a duel role, covering a community scheme at Heathrow and to carry out general building surveying work.

Role & Responsibilities:

• General building surveying work
• Undertake specification compliance audits
• Attend and chair progress meetings attended by contractor/client representative
• Type and send out minutes and implement actions

Skills & Experience: 

• MRICS or working towards Chartership
• Ability to identify defects in residential properties and write brief reports
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Driving licence
