Job Description - Building Surveyor

We are currently supporting a growing consultancy with the appointment of an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a flexible, home-based role, offering autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Role Overview:

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 inspections and producing high-quality reports using a set template. The role also involves client communication following report issuance, when required.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (essential)

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar surveying role

Degree in Building Surveying or another RICS-accredited construction discipline

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

Full UK driving licence
