Building Surveyor - North London

Planned Maintenance - Social Housing

Up to £50,000 plus package 

Our Client, a leading construction contractor are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their planned works division on a brand new 20 year framework. Projects that are being delivered will be to properties across North London. They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties. 

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Completing Validation Surveys 

Diagnose building defects and identify appropriate repair solutions.

Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and local authorities.

Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, health and safety legislation, and relevant standards.

Advise clients on maintenance, refurbishment, restoration, and construction projects.

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and IT knowledge as well as a proven track record completing Validation Surveys. A driver that has their own vehicle is also required. 

This is a permanent position which will offer development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
