As a Building Surveyor in Stockport, you'll be responsible for managing property surveys and ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard. Your work will play a key role in supporting the not-for-profit sector by keeping properties safe and operational.

Description

Conduct property surveys to assess condition and maintenance needs.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for building repairs or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
Coordinate and oversee contractors during maintenance or refurbishment projects.
Provide technical advice to stakeholders regarding property issues.
Monitor budgets and timelines for assigned projects.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and works carried out.
Respond promptly to urgent property issues or maintenance requests.Profile

A successful Building Surveyor should have:

Relevant qualifications in building surveying or a related field.

Hourly pay between £31.00 and £35.00, dependent on the level of experience.
