Building Surveyor

To undertake the following tasks:

Reactive (Day to Day) Maintenance

issuing of orders and approval of post measures work against National Schedule of Rates

Building condition surveys

commercial type buildings such as Schools/HFEs/ Offices /Industrial Units

Small works- pre project survey/design/pre tender cost estimate of multi discipline work/preparation of tender documents/contract administration
The individual would be part of a multi discipline team delivering:

Reactive maintenance and post measured invoice checking/approval/disputes
In going schedules of condition
Building condition surveys
Schedules of delays
Small project design and specification
Preparation of schedules of work
Contract management
Site checking of work quality
