Building Surveyor (Disrepair & Aids and Adaptations)

I wanted to make you aware of an Interim Surveyor opportunity that has just come in.

Role Overview:

Initial 3-month contract, with the potential to roll on thereafter.
£350 per day.
Hybrid working - 4 days on site, 1 day working from home.The Role:

Managing a range of surveying responsibilities across the housing stock.
Handling disrepair cases (essential experience required).
Overseeing aids and adaptations.
Carrying out general surveying duties.What They're Looking For:

An experienced Surveyor with a strong housing background.
Previous disrepair experience is essential.
Despite the title previously being referred to as a "Senior Surveyor", there are no line management responsibilities, so they're simply looking for someone with solid technical surveying experience.If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, I'd be happy to tell you more and run through the role in detail
