As a Building Surveyor with us, you will have the chance to:

• Conduct thorough building inspections and assessments.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
• Advise clients on building regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Provide expert recommendations for repairs and improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field (Highly desirable)
• A minimum of 2-3 experience in building surveying.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in surveying software and tools.

Package & Benefits

• £40-43,000 per annum
