The Opportunity Working alongside experienced Building Surveyors and senior property professionals, you will become involved in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of Building Surveying instructions across both the public and private sectors. The client base ranges from prominent private property owners and institutional clients through to major public-realm organisations, providing exposure to some of the most interesting and technically challenging Building Surveying work available within the market. Projects and instructions will provide experience across areas including: • Building surveys and technical due diligence • Condition surveys and asset management • Refurbishment and improvement projects • Contract administration • Planned maintenance programmes • Defect diagnosis and building pathology • Landlord and tenant matters • Project delivery from initial brief through to completion • Strategic advice surrounding property portfolios and built assets Rather than being restricted to a narrow area of Building Surveying, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad and commercially valuable range of expertise.
