What you’ll need:

• RICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS)
• Solid experience in insurance-related building surveying, particularly with fire, flood, and storm claims
• A confident, proactive approach to managing major claims and working with clients
• Strong technical expertise in construction and building pathology
