Projects Building Surveyor – Orpington

Location: Orpington, London (hybrid – office, home and site-based)
Salary: up to £75k DOE + Benefits

A respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a projects-focused building surveyor to join their established Orpington office. With a strong pipeline of both refurbishment and new build schemes across the public and social housing sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects that deliver real community value.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver project-led building surveying services from feasibility through to completion
• Manage refurbishment, improvement, and new build schemes for public sector and housing clients
• Prepare specifications, tender documents, and oversee contract administration
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout delivery
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulations, and technical standards

What You’ll Need:

• MRICS or MCIOB qualification
• Proven experience in project delivery within the public or residential sector
• Knowledge of both refurbishment and new build construction
• Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills
• Based within commutable distance of Bromley with site travel as required
