Job Title: Business Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per annum

Location: Deeside, Chester (Site based)

Contract: Full time, Permanant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive project success from initial engagement through to delivery and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development, project coordination, and contract negotiation who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Analyse customer needs from both technical and economic perspectives.
• Draft and manage specifications, bids, and project schedules.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Monitor and report on project performance (OTD, budgets, etc.).
• Validate project costing and manage financial aspects.
• Lead meetings, communicate updates, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.
