1. Drafting letters and e-mails.
2. Researching, writing, editing, proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, etc.
3. Managing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
4. Overseeing administrative projects, as appropriate.
5. Creating, preparing, and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
6. Responding to client enquiries both before and after advice has been provided.
7. Answering and dealing with inbound calls as part of the team of administrators.
8. Making outbound calls to connected parties in relation to live cases, i.e. Solicitors, Lenders and Brokers.
Following completion of the apprenticeship the right candidate may be offered a position as a permanent member of staff.
