Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, 37.5 hours per week
Wage:£7.55 per hour
Location: Suite 11, The Old Foundry, Walsall, WS1 3BZ
Apprenticeship Standard:Level 3 Business Administration
Duration:16 months
Overview of the role
JN Recruitment are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the Compliance team whilst also completing the Level 3 Business administrator apprenticeship. You will oversee candidate checks and ensure candidates are Schedule 2 compliant.
Key responsibilities:
Completing application forms and ensuring they meet schedule 2 requirements.
Gathering information to complete all relevant forms and checks.
All online/remote learning, no classroom or college day release
An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship!
About the Candidate
This role is fast paced. We must be able to assist our clients immediately and this requires candidates to be cleared and vetted to the highest standard. The clearance process within the healthcare sector is incredibly stringent and we pride ourselves on our due diligence.
Skills & Personal Qualities Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent customer service
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
Ability to perform data entry accurately
Confident telephone manner with a familiarity of phone etiquette in a professional setting
Qualifications Required:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) essential
Experience Required:
Experience in a role which involved administrative tasks is desirable
Apprenticeship Overview
The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
Milestone 2.IT Skills - (Systems, Record and document production, Financial processes and Professionalism and productivity).
Milestone 3.Communication – (Verbal, Digital, Social Media, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Integrity and Productivity)
Milestone 4.Continuous Improvement – (Processes, Coaching and Developing others, Decision Making, Quality and Responsibility).
Milestone 5.Project Management – (Project Lifecycle, business fundamentals: Finance, Change, PESTLE, leading a project).
