Our client is looking for an experienced Business Services Officer

A varied administrative support role focused on managing YPO's company car scheme and providing support to Business Services and Committee Services.

Key responsibilities include:

Administering company and lease vehicles, including ordering, records, insurance, servicing, training, accidents, and fleet compliance.
Supporting business operations through travel booking, purchase orders, meeting administration, and record keeping.
Assisting with committee administration and Senior Leadership Team diary management.
Liaising with internal colleagues, suppliers, stakeholders, officers, and elected members.
Maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and contributing to process improvements.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a small team. It is a support position with no budget responsibility, with more complex decisions referred to senior managers.
