The Role:
This position is based within the busy Central Services team, a core part of the firm that supports all departments with essential administrative tasks critical to day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing deliveries, arranging catering, maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces, filing, document storage, reception coverage, and general administrative support.
You'll be expected to build and maintain professional relationships across all departments, providing consistently high standards of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
