Job Description - Business Administrator

The Role
A well-established and respected organisation in North Tyneside is seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month temporary opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the day-to-day functionality of the office and building, supporting both operational and administrative needs. From facilities checks to client hospitality, your attention to detail and proactive mindset will be key to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors, offering refreshments and support
Manage office supplies and meeting refreshments
Maintain tidy and well-stocked client-facing areas
Oversee visitor parking schedules
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
