Job Description - Business Administrator

My Client are a leading designer and manufacturer of high end medical products.

They are seeking a Business Administrator to join their business.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the day-to-day sales order process.
  • Supporting the day-to-day loan kit bookings.
  • Supporting the day-to-day usage.
  • Supporting the receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Maintaining office files
  • Supporting the day-to-day administration both internal and external.
  • Managing the stock, audit and ordering processes.
  • Taking phone calls and responding to queries
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records and proficient computer skills (Excel essential).
  • Reporting any discrepancies to the team
  • Supporting the process of staff expense claims
  • Ensuring reports are sent in a timely manner
  • General administration
  • Adhering to relevant quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized workspace.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with sales reps and agents, understanding their needs and requests.

Essential Skills

  • You Must be an Advanced Excel User

Salary

  • £25,000
