Business Administrator

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Business Administrator for our prestigious client in the Burnley area.

Salary

£28,(Apply online only).00 - £30,(Apply online only).00 DOE.    

Working Hours

Monday -Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 & Friday 08:00 - 13.00.

39 hours.

Experience & Requirements

Business Administration experience is essential.

Able to deliver operational support, raise purchase orders and process client orders.

Perform administration for despatch, production and stock levels.

Able to work closely with suppliers.

Able to use an EPR system.

Confident to engage with other departments to provide updates on orders and stock.

Stock takes will be required on a monthly basis.

Attention to detail is required.

Communication and organisational skills.

Work as part of a team.

Strong IT skills are required, including Excel.

Able to work under pressure.

Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

You will be required to perform a Business Administration role in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll need to be able to utilise an EPR system, training will be provided on the In-House system, and you’ll need to be confident to engage with other departments across the business.

You’ll be responsible for raising purchase orders, monitoring stock & material levels, processing client orders and supporting the operation.

The ideal candidate will have the experience required, be hands-on and want to progress in a forward-thinking company.
