Business Administrator - Excel

Business Provisioning Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a highly accurate and organised administrator to support business-critical network provisioning projects.

Key responsibilities:

Process high volumes of transmission and supplier orders.
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and Excel trackers.
Review data, investigate discrepancies and resolve ordering queries.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, project teams and external suppliers.
Ensure all orders are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
Support network changes, supplier programmes and operational projects.Key requirements:

Strong administration and data-processing experience.
Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and formulas.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident stakeholder communication skills.
Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Order management, provisioning or telecoms experience would be advantageous but is not essential.Ideal backgrounds:Order processing, service delivery, logistics, supply chain, utilities, finance operations, provisioning or data administration.
