We are seeking a highly skilled Business Agility and Process Lead to drive process improvement and implement agile methodologies throughout our organization. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration of agile practices across both software and hardware development.
About the Team
You'll report to the Head of Process (with cross-over with the VP of Transformation), and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to transforming our organization. This team is focused on driving impactful change and values a collaborative, problem-solving approach. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our development processes.
About the Role
As an internal consultant for Business Agility, you will focus on process improvement and drive business agility throughout the company. Your work will involve harmonizing processes (often within a SAFe environment), value stream mapping, and project-managing the implementation of new processes. A background in tangible product development (e.g., software/systems, electronics) is a significant advantage.

Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative and creative solutions. This is a critical requirement for this role.
Strategic Thinking: A sharp mind capable of analyzing situations, identifying key areas for improvement, and thinking creatively to find solutions.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in process analysis, data interpretation, and value stream mapping to inform decision-making.
Adaptability: Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements, able to create structure in unstructured environments.
Project Management Expertise: Proven experience leading and managing projects to successful completion, including implementing new processes.
Solid Agile Foundation: A good working knowledge of Agile methodologies and their practical implementation, ideally within a SAFe environment.
Consulting Experience: A background in management consulting, preferably with experience in digital transformation initiatives.
