We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client (a leading name in the industry - a true market leader with an excellent reputation for innovation, delivery, and performance). You'll be reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager and will play a pivotal role in driving regional performance through intelligent, insightful reporting and analysis.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering accurate, timely and insightful commercial reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and Director.
• Supporting site-level performance with KPI tracking, spend analysis, and build cost data.
• Developing and managing scheme risk and opportunity registers in collaboration with surveyors.
• Driving commercial efficiency through robust data analysis and process improvement.
• Supporting internal and external audit processes, including subcontract payment checks and month-end reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• A part-qualified or recently qualified Quantity Surveyor or Management Accountant.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of COINS and construction sector experience would be advantageous.
• Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working across teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
