About the role As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work within an agile, service-based squad, reporting to a Lead BA. You’ll support the design and delivery of digital services, resolve live service issues, lead process modelling, and play a key role in refining business improvements.

You’ll be a collaborative team player with a natural ability to engage stakeholders, map and translate requirements, and coach others across the BA community.

We're looking for:

• Proven experience working within Agile teams
  
  
• Expertise in business improvement and process modelling
  
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and user-centric analysis
  
  
• Confidence mentoring or line-managing other analysts
  
  
• Solid understanding of test coverage, live issue resolution and systems/data mapping
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Essential:

• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (certificate number will be required)
  
  
• Experience using BA tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SQL or JSON preferred)
