Business Analyst

A great opportunity for an experienced BA to join an industry leading global organisation, based here in Liverpool!
What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and mapping business process improvements
• Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Assessing and defining requirements for system developments
• Provide training and coaching to end users when necessary
• Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
• Take accountability on workload and task list
• Negotiating with key stakeholders and 3rd parties
• Facilitate the development of business and operation applications

Experience to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst position
• Demonstratable experience effectively engaging with stakeholders
• Proficient in process mapping
• Confident presenting findings and proposals
• A calm and proactive approach to workload
