Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and re-design processes to boost efficiency.

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement.

• Identify digital solutions and support their implementation.

• Lead workshops and support UAT/testing activities.

• Use data to inform decisions—build reports, dashboards, and present insights.

• Support projects focused on continuous improvement.

• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers.
