Salary - £33k - £35k (DOE)

Office based - Monday - Friday

Are you highly organised with a knack for spreadsheets, stock tracking, and reporting? Do you love working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs like clockwork? If so, this role could be your perfect fit!

We’re looking for Business Anaylst to join a friendly and fast-paced team in High Wycombe. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping systems and reports up to date, supporting stock control, working with suppliers, and helping the wider business stay informed through clear reporting and dashboards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping the monthly order file updated and making sure stock levels are maintained
• Chasing up late orders and reporting on outstanding deliveries weekly
• Helping track how the team is using their time and resources
• Keeping performance dashboards updated for operations and wider business use
• Supporting stock checks and helping solve any inventory problems
• Maintaining a clear and up-to-date price list for frequently ordered items
• Handling customs paperwork and import documentation
• Liaising with the planning team to help forecast product demand
• Identifying ways to improve or automate processes and reporting
• Creating and managing reports for Sales and Finance teams
• Managing who can access certain business reports
• Designing new reports based on team needs

What You’ll Need:

• Strong Excel and IT skills (confident with data, spreadsheets, and reporting)
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Previous experience in stock, data or operations support is ideal
• Comfortable communicating with teams, suppliers, and other departments

What You’ll Get:

• The basic annual salary we are thinking is £33k-£35k (6% Employer pension - [Employee pays 3%] -
