We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll evaluate internal and external software requirements, shape best-in-class solutions, and ensure all stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.

What you'll do:

• Work with customers and internal teams to capture and define business requirements.
• Travel to client sites to understand use cases and deliver effective solutions.
• Create requirement specifications, project charters, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful delivery.

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Operations Analysis.
• Strong understanding of business systems and process design.
• Experience with DevOps, Microsoft Visio, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Background in logistics, transport, or supply chain (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant business analysis certifications
