About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst with a strong background in data -driven projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, preferably within the public sector digital space.

You will play a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high -quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support data and digital initiatives.
  
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and deliver data -driven solutions.
  
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and drive consensus.
  
• Support the development and implementation of business intelligence and reporting tools.
  
• Ensure adherence to data management principles and best practices across projects.
  
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
