Role Purpose

The Business Change Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of organisational change and transformation initiatives. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, the role ensures business requirements are understood, processes are analysed and improved, and change is effectively embedded across the organisation.

Experience

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within business change, transformation, or organisational change projects.

* Experience documenting business requirements and process improvements.

* Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.

* Experience supporting change implementation and adoption activities.

* Experience working within project delivery environments.

Knowledge

* Business Analysis methodologies and tools.

* Business Change and Change Management principles.

* Process mapping and business process improvement techniques.

Skills

* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

* Excellent facilitation and workshop management skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
